Trainees at Dell Med play a direct role in shaping the health system of the future.

Dell Medical School departments operate internship, postdoctoral and additional training programs — outside of the Graduate Medical Education framework — that build on the school’s mission and vision. Trainees complete a range of research, educational and clinical activities that further hone their expertise and position them as leaders in their field.
